Dear snow,
I’m sorry I complained about you last week. To make up for it, I shared with you one of the most important things to me. Yoga.
I was very excited about this photo shoot. I went out to the park, then hid somewhere on the path so all the skiers wouldn’t see me posing in front of my tripod. I thought I was all awesome-photographer, now that I’ve got a fancy new camera and I’m taking a photography class. Not quite. My photos didn’t turn out exactly like I wanted, but they’re still pretty cool.
It was quite slippery on the snow, so my alignment is a little off. I even have a yoga blooper! Love the look on my face as my feet were slipping.
All that being said, Snow, please don’t visit again until next year!
I giggled at the idea of you setting up the tripod and keeping an eye out for passers-by! The first photo is so awesome- they all are. So fun.
It was pretty funny! At first, I was in an area close to the parking lot, so all the skiers went by me and I would pretend to be taking photos of trees! Then I moved to an area that had a little less traffic, so I was more comfortable.
I really like that first picture too! I love tree pose!
cough cough… you must have one awesome tripod cough cough.
it’s hard to get the focus right, isn’t it? but otherwise, these are super fun! 🙂

Haha! Yes, it’s a fantastic tripod! My last class is tomorrow, so I can bring it back to you soon.
The focus is a little off and also, the snow is too white! I was trying to make up for the lack of light, but I think I went too far.
Say hi to Elizabeth and giver her a big hug for me! xxx
I kind of love that we were doing photo shoots the same weekend, but in such different weather! It was so hot here that I was sweating in a dress at midnight 🙂
I thought that too when I saw your photos! I had my winter coat hanging on a branch and I had to put it on between pictures to warm up!
